Our Chairs are independent professionals with a background as executives or entrepreneurs, who today choose to put their experience at the service of other leaders, through a structured, powerful and transformative method.
Who is Chair at Vistage?
A Vistage Chair is a selected network of former CEOs, founders, presidents and executives with extensive experience in leading high-performance companies and teams.
Their goal is to create, coordinate and develop peer-to-peer discussion groups to help other leaders make better decisions, with greater awareness and impact.
How does the role of Chair work?
Each Chair forms a group of entrepreneurs and managers coming from different Industries who are not in competition with one another. They coordinate a monthly meeting in which they face strategic decisions, real-world issues, and personal challenges.
In addition to group meetings, the Chair meets with each member individually once a month for a a confidential one-to-one mentoring session.
